PRISMA, the hot sensational photo sharing app in iOS, which was going viral on the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp e.t.c is now officially available for Android on Google Play Store.
As most of us think, this app doesn't apply a filter on images the way that Instagram does, but instead rebuilds your photos by combining them with the style of another image, typically a classical artist's signature look, using some clever artificial Intelligence. The big challenge for Prisma now is to take on the Android influx without succumbing to the pressures of its popularity.
The Android app has all the same features as the iOS version, including over 30 filters and support for either taking a new photo or choosing existing ones from your gallery.
A video with prisma effects has been already posted in the developer's facebook page and the users will get the Prisma video feature very soon. In addition, 360-degree Prisma images and a long list of new ‘styles’ for you to transform your favorite photos into eye-popping bits of digital art, are awaiting in the queue.
